I found the staff very helpful. The hotel has funky decor! Breakfast had everything I needed. The location made it easy to access good food and shopping.
The window latches were too stiff. I could not close them.

The hotel sits right on Cuba Street. I walked easily to the Te Papa museum from the hotel. The hotel is close to good food and shopping. Everything is close by.
